I’m Cheryl Rushing, the Broker and founder of Integrity Realty Partners. After serving clients throughout our community, I felt called to build something that reflected my deepest values. Integrity Realty Partners was founded on the belief that real estate should be guided by honesty, built on relationships, and focused on helping people make confident decisions for their future

My path to real estate wasn’t a straight line. I’ve worked in the legal field, insurance, education, merchandising, and small business ownership. Each experience shaped how I listen, adapt, and support people through important decisions. When I entered real estate, I knew I had found where all of those skills came together.

As a long-time Sikeston resident, I care deeply about this community. I stay actively involved through local organizations and relationships that go beyond real estate, because this isn’t just where I work, it’s home.
